Return, Refund, and Exchange Policies

All Sales Are Final

At Terra Nova Crystals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of crystals.

Theft Policy

We are not responsible for theft and will not replace stolen items. Tracking information will be provided via the email you supply. Please add us to your contact list to ensure our emails do not go into your spam folder.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the items or provide a refund. To process this, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at Contact@terranovacrystals.rocks.

Please include the following in your email:

• Pictures of the box from all angles

• Pictures of the packaging

• Pictures of the damaged goods

• Videos, if available, are also helpful
